Support Department Responsibilities: The personnel of all Support Departments are responsible to check on their department threads daily. You do not need to post anything. You just need to check and see if they head has asked you to help with an order. It is asked that you keep the Head of your Department, along with Wormbatz, Daffie, Missinde, and Zionic on our friends list. This is in case we need to reach you in game. It'll also allow us to see if you're online and when you're on privacy. When a Head asks you to help fulfill an order, you do not have to drop what you are doing. Tell them when you will be available to help, or if you will be able to help. If the Head feels you ar avoiding work in your support position, they will contact Wormbatz. So be active within your support dept. If you are overwhelmed with work and need to drop, or change your department, contact Wormbatz through private messages within the forum. DO NOT contact Wormbatz in game. When you have completed your order, hand it over to the head. (Wormbatz does not want to hear any bull from the head that you refuse to hand over part of the order. This is a childish act, we are all civilized here, let's act like it.) If there is payment involved in it, the head will get the payment to you once the transaction has taken place. If the head refuses to pay you for the work you have, contact me through a private message in the clan forum. Again, DO NOT contact Wormbatz in game about it. If you see in your department's thread and order was placed, DO NOT begin to fulfill the order until the head has assigned the tasks. DO NOT update your current skill lvl in our dept thread; there is a thread for this. Please use it to update your current skills. Try to update your skill lvls there, at least every five levels or more. Not every lvl. If you have any problems with your dept or other members of the clan, please contact Wormbatz, Missinde, or Zionic. |
