| January 2, 2006 | Week 1 | This week we began a Social Studies unit on
landforms, started division in math, and began writing our New Year's
stories in Language Arts. We enjoyed being back in school after
our short holiday break! |
| January 9, 2006 | Week 2 | We continued our unit on division, moving towards
a more abstract understanding of this concept. We continued
to read our AR's and strive to reach our weekly goals. In Social
Studies, we devled further into US landforms. |
| January 16, 2006 | Week 3 | This week, we only had two days of school!
During this short time, we reviewed key concepts and started looking
toward new units on figurative language, higher division, and natural
resources. |
