A little information about myself...I graduated from St. Joseph's College, which is located in Patchogue on Long Island, in 2005. Before coming to PS 60, I was an AIS Tutor in the Smithtown School District. I am currenly pursuing my master's degree at Dowling College, which is located in Oakdale on Long Island. At Dowling, I am furthering my education to be certified to teach Kindergarten through 12th grade.
I am very excited to be teaching fifth grade in Woodhaven! I look forward to helping your child reach his or her full potential - while preparing him or her for middle school. Fifth grade is a fun year and I look forward to all this year has to offer, from the fifth grade trip to the awards ceremony to the fifth grade dance to graduation!
Besides teaching, I enjoy traveling and the theater. This year I am taking a trip to the carribean. I have seen many plays on Broadway in New York City and am thrilled that our fifth grade trip may be to see a Broadway show.
