The Earth Goddess
Earth Goddess Picture
First Goddess of Creation

The Earth Goddess provides the link between humans and Nature, She is a symbol of harmony and peace, and the Mother of all living things.

The Ancients designed their Goddess figurines with tapered toes, to stand in the Earth, which She embodies. For this reason the Earth Goddess is made to be held in our hands and 'planted' in niches, corners, and shrines.

The Earth Goddess is a handsculpted, solid pottery figurine. Earth, Air, Fire and Water are necessary to produce this tactile and personal symbol of the Great Mother.

She is inspired by the Venus of Willendorf, a 30 000 year old goddess figurine from central Europe, and the oldest known human religious icon.
