Addie Garrison Briggs-I actually met the author when she came into where I work. After telling me about her book, I bought a copy from her and she signed it for me. It's based on a true story. She had researched the events after finding that her ancestor had murdered supposedly by her neighbor. The story takes place during the Salem Witchcraft trials.
