Smallville

Thamiris's fics are all excellent.  She has this talent for vivid and unusual imagery that is just amazing.  Everyone should read everything of hers, but I have a few stories that are my particular favorites.  Here is the link to her entire site.  http://www.slashaholics.org/thamiris/slash/writing.html

Start with Along Came a Spider, which is funny, hot and just adorable.  I just love it when I can giggle through smut.  http://www.slashaholics.org/thamiris/slash/spider.htm

Then move to the beautiful Apocrypha.  This is a fantastic example of Thamiris's ability to draw wonderful images with her words.  In this exploration of Nicodemus, we have one of the hottest sex scenes I have ever read, and Lex as a priest.  Read it, and you won't be disappointed.  http://www.slashaholics.org/thamiris/slash/apocrypha.htm

A must read is Thamiris's Sixty Miles An Hour.  This story is very erotic, very hot, and shows Lex at his most marvelously manipulative.  This story features Whitney, which normally I am not happy about, but his presence is most needed and welcome in this amazing story.  And don't worry, Sixty Miles An Hour is most deliciously Clexy.  http://www.slashaholics.org/thamiris/sixty.htm

Kitty Fisher is one of Smallville's best fetishists.  Her Blood Sports series is a wonderful exploration of several of my favorite kinks, and she writes Lex and Clark so beautifully.  Hell, in her stories I even love Jonathan.  Read them, but beware, this series is seriously hot.  It is still in progress, so here is the link to her site so that you can check up for each amazing addition.  http://www.devinemadness.com/kittyfisher/sv.htm

I consider Jenn to be the hottest Smallville writer that is.  I know when I open one of her stories, she will just captivate me with the sheer eroticism that she plays with so well.  I was all ready to give her the title of Smut Queen of my heart, and then I read A Handful of Dust and realized that she is not only good at writing incredible sex scenes, but that she can do everything else just as perfectly.  A Handful of Dust is a shockingly new look at Clark and Lex's future and I refuse to say anything more.  Read it, now!  http://seperis.illuminatedtext.com/smallville/handfulofdust.html  As for everything else that she has written, you can find it here.  http://seperis.illuminatedtext.com/smallvilleindex.html  I say read everything, but my personal favorites are Three Impossible Things, What I Do Is Me-For That I Came, which is co-written with Te.  (Don't worry I will be getting to her soon!)  World Domination and Caramel, co-written with Beth.  Outside In, which features Chloe and stayed with me for days, lucky me!  Marked, Fetish, Closer To Breathing are all fantastic.  And I would give my left kidney for the next installment of Advanced Masochism 101.  See, told you that I loved her writing.

Grail's Immortality is the only story that ever had me sobbing.  It broke my heart is the most wonderful way and I can't recommend it enough.  Grail takes a look at the steps that the characters need to take in order to become the Lex and Clark that we know from the comics and the movies, and writes Lex and Clark just wonderfully.  Take a box of tissues and read.  It is worth the pain.  http://smallville.slashdom.com/archive/8/immortality.html

Meredith Lynne's Middle of Nowhere and The Road Home are both fantastic, light and sweet.  Read them both together.  Also, her Ice is one of the best Stuck-In-A-Blizzard-Have-Hot-Sex fics.  Here is the link to them all.  http://trickster.org/anyroad/smallville.htm

Ahh, Destina Fortunado.  Again, read all her works.  However, Prophet of Eden is spectacular.  It is not a story that you can read at work while doing other things.  The time settings in the story take a little concentration, but it is more than worth activating the brain cells.  Love this story.  Main Site http://lyricalmagic.com/other.html#sv  Prophet of Eden  http://lyricalmagic.com/poe.html

Sharon Cross's The Egg Series is wonderful.  In the first story, Martha teaching Clark to be gentle with the other children was by far the sweetest, saddest scene I have read in a long time.  Just wonderful.  http://www.wordsmiths.net/Crosswords/ieindex.html

Beth's Meglo Series are by far the funniest, silliest looks at the future relationship of Lex and Clark.  Read them, they will make your day.  http://wolverineandrogue.com/thecodex/smallville/clexfic.html

Cyb's fics give me the giggles.  True some of the funniest things I have ever read.  Dangerous Pants is my favorite.  I printed this one out and keep it beside my bed, reread it whenever I want to smile.  http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/cyb00/ff/dangerous.html  Her Lex's Diary, which is written in the style of Lex as a 13 year old girl had me snorting coke all over my keyboard.  Now we all know that Lex is not a 13 year old girl, but it just sounds so much like him. http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/cyb00/ff/diary/diary_index.html

Te.  See I told you that I would get to her eventually.  READ EVERYTHING!  Her series are amazing, her stand-alones are fantastic.  Read it all and you will be a much better person for it.  Here is the site.  http://strangeplaces.net/te/smallville.html  My particular recs are The Project Series, Deep Throat, The Red and the Black, Kid's Game, Subtext.  Jilling and Inhale are two wonderful Chloe stories.  Her High Corn Drifter is a fantastic SV/BTVS crossover featuring Oz and Lex.  Read every last one; you will thank me in the morning.

The Spike…is…just…wonderful.  I do not have to words to praise her enough.  If you want in depth descriptions on why The Spike is amazing, look for the essay on Te's site on why she stalks The Spike.  Her words are much better.  I only humbly provide a link to The Spike's site and recommend that you start with The Butterfly Effect and then read everything else.  http://avalon.net/~nonie/spike/sv.htm

Basingstoke's At the Fifteenth Annual Evil Masterminds Convention is a wonderful silly little fic with Lex and Scott Evil.  This story just made so much sense that I was amazed to not see it before.  http://smallville.slashdom.com/archive/2/atthe.html

Helena Handbasket's Eleven Letter Words Series is one of the best things that I have ever read.  She writes Clark and Lex as much more intelligent than we ever see them on the show.  Her Lex truly is a genius and I love everything about this series.  Read it all, in order and you will see what I mean.

Hope's Metropolis Confidential is fabulous and so damned funny.  One of those stories that are so well written you can hear someone telling the story in your head.  Weird that it sounded so much like Humphrey Bogart.  Weird.   http://smallville.slashdom.com/archive/7/metropolisconfidential.html

Ingrid's All of Him is a beautiful little vignet.  I recommend reading everything, but this story in particular caught my attention.  I don't know if she has a site, but her works are on The Smallville Slash Archive or http://smallville.slashdom.com   Here is the link to All of Him.  http://smallville.slashdom.com/archive/9/allof.html
