This is a difficult week for me. We've had a health scare in the family and I've been trying very hard to keep a positive attitude. In the quiet moments I have to myself, I'm very grateful that I can use this latest work in progress to relax and focus on something else. I'm also finding a lot strength from my Shotokan karate training. To practice martial arts is to survive and surmount obstacles. I will keep focused in the coming days and be there for my family. Hopefully, things will turn out just fine. I have to go now, but I'll write again soon.
