Q. I have very sensitive skin. Every foundation I've tried has made me break out, and makes my skin itchy and red. Is there a foundation that can work for me?

-Irritated

A. Dear irritated,
You're not alone. Many people have sensitive skin and a hard time finding foundation. I would recommend a mineral foundation. They are all-natural and good for your skin, and most come in a loose powder. Because you have very sensitive skin, I would buy one that's talc-free. Try 'Mineral Wear' loose powder from Physician's Formula. If you're looking for a little better coverage, they are the only place that i've seen that carries liquid mineral foundation. Physicians Formula also has talc-free mineral bronzer, pressed powder, and eyeshadow. You can find all of this at their website, physiciansformula.com. Good luck!
So you're looking for...
Whatever you're looking for, there's a 'best' company to buy it from. They're the one that's the cheapest, has the best selection, widest range of colors, or all of the above. I'll tell you which company it is, where you can buy it, and the approximate price.
Mascara
Maybelline. They have great selection, whether you're looking for long and lush, curled, or thick. You can buy it at Walmart, as well as many other retailers nationwide. between $4 and $10.

Foundation (liquid)
Covergirl. They have a wide range of shades to fit just about everyone, as well as the 'Queen' collection for African-American women who have a hard time finding foundation in their shade. You can buy it at walmart or just about any drugstore. between $5 and $12.

Pressed powder
Covergirl again. They have pressed powder to coordinate with their different lines and shades.  Once again, you can buy it at walmart or almost any drugstore. between $5 and $12.

loose powder
Physician's Formula. Mineral loose powder is the way to go, because it's healthy, breathable, oil-free, and it isn't hard to find the right shade. You can buy physician's formula at walmart, target, and other chain retailers. between $9 and $12.

eyeliner
N.Y.C.. A very cheap alternative to the expensive eyeliners you can get today. Although it may smudge, I think it's worth it for the price. You can buy it at K-mart, walmart, and other major retailers. between $0 and $2. If you really want a smudge-proof eyeliner, try the felt-tip eyeliner from Physician's Formula. You can buy it at wal-mart or order off their website, physiciansformula.com. between $5 and $10.

eyeshadow
Almay. They have specially designed eyeshadow trios that are made to look great against your eye color. You can get them for blue eyes, green eyes, hazel eyes, and brown eyes. You can get them at wal-mart or other similar places. between $5 and $7.

bronzer
Physician's formula. It's all that I personally ever use, and they have a wide range of 'types' of bronzer. Loose powder, pressed powder, matte, shimmery, etc. You can buy them at Wal-mart or similar stores. between $6 and $12.
