I, the undersigned, do hereby release, authorize and permit my photographs to be used for promotional or commercial purposes in conjunction with this pageant. I release Miss Banning Pageant and Catwalk Creations from responsibilty or claim due to injuries suffered to me or my family, any damage or loss to my personal property during travel to or from place of pageant and during hours of pageant. I agree to abide fully by the rules of Miss Banning Pageant and Catwalk Creations and by the decision of the judges. Entrant agrees to look solely to the Miss Banning Pageant and Catwalk Creations directors with respect to all matters relating to this pageant system. Entrant must be of good moral character and must not have commited any act inconsistent with the higher standards which could reflect unfavorably on Miss Banning Pageant and Catwalk Creations. There is to be no bashing of contestants, their families, the judges or directors. Non-compliance with these rules is grounds for disqualification. Should a contestant decide to withdraw from the pageant at ANY time, under no circumstance will the contestant, sponsor or advertiser be entitled to a refund either full or in part. Entrant agrees that the method of judging shall be at the total discretion of the pageant directors and that the decisions of the judges are final! Thank you and best of luck!!
