Meet 
Mrs. Clarkin
      Hello! I am a third grade teacher at Forest Brook Elementary School in the Hauppauge School District. I am a certified Elementary, Reading and Special Education teacher. I attended Dowling College for both my Graduate and UnderGraduate degrees.  This is my 10th year of teaching in Hauppauge. I taught 1st grade for 6 years and this is my 4th year in 3rd grade.  I am very excited to share new ideas and projects with my class!  I love teaching! It's one of my passions in my life! I love coming in every morning and greeting my wonderful students. They always make me smile!
              When I'm not at school, I like to cook delicious foods in my kitchen and plant flowers in my garden. I love to travel too! I enjoy swimming in my pool and reading great books. One of my favorite hobbies is SHOPPING!  I also love to keep updated with family and friends on my family "blog".I love collecting candles, dolls, and lighthouses. I also like to spend time with my friends and family. We like to go out to dinner, see movies, and play games together!
         I am married to the most wonderful guy in the world!  His name is Sean and he is a teacher too! He teaches high school science in the Jericho School District. He also coaches football.  We have been married for 6 years!  On November 2, 2004 I had a beautiful baby boy named Brendan. He is full of energy and lots of fun!  He makes me smile every day! I have 2 cats named Bailey and Reily and a dog named Autumn.
