Upon my signature, I give my daughter permission to participate in the Miss Septemberfest Pageant and rehearsals for the show. I agree to not hold the Township of Pennsville, the Septemberfest Committee, the Pennsville Public School District or members of the pageant committee responsible for any injuries that may occur during the preparation and execution of this event.

I am currently and will remain throughout my Miss Septemberfest experience drug and alcohol free. This is inclusive of the entire year, should I win any award or title. I realize that if this condition is not met, I forfeit my right to participate in the pageant and any activities associated with any award or title I may receive.
