Ingredients
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Ray's or Bull's Eye.)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 yellow onion, cut into rings
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (trim non-meat stuff off.)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Line a 13" x 9" baking dish or cake pan with heavy-duty foil.
- Pour about 2/3 of the barbecue sauce on the bottom.
- With a spoon, blend in dry mustard.
- Arrange onion rings over this, overlapping if necessary.
- Lay chicken on top of onions. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Suggestions
- I serve this chicken with Texas toast, buttered egg noodles, and green
beans.
- Add honey if you like a little sweetness.
- Use spicy brown mustard instead of dry mustard for more "zip."
- To save time, omit the onion and use onion powder instead.
