Partyrose Designs

Hi Thanks for stopping by my jewelry site!
My name is Natalie Bell, I am currently teaching at Neshannock High School as a Junior/Senior High Art Teacher. If you have wandered onto this page it may be because you have heard that I make jewelry. It is a relaxing pastime that I enjoy immensely.

I am asked all the time where I came up with the name Partyrose, so I'll start off with that. It was the fall of 1997, in 3rd South of Shaw Hall on Westminster College Campus, Room 301 to be exact. I was trying to come up with an e-mail address. Every Natalie, Natalie_Bell...etc, was taken, so my eyes wondered around my freshman dorm for ideas. My eyes rested on a rose plant that I had in my dorm room. I picked it up and there pushed in the dirt was the name partyrose. So for the heck of it I typed it in, and WHA LA it worked. So the name partyrose was born.

I love making unique cards and gifts for my friends. One day I gave a homemade birthday card to one of the girls in my hall and a friend said it's a "Partyrose original" and it stuck. So from then on any card, jewelry, or gift I made contained the words Partyrose Designs. So there you have it. Since then I have continued with the tradition.

Many people that see me wearing my jewelry out-and-about ask if I have a store or website so I thought I'd put this together so that I can keep doing this hobby that I love and people can purchase their own Partyrose Design's original jewelry. I find beads from garage sales, online stores, old broken jewelry from friends and family, bead stores from vacations and some of my friends even send me beads from their homes all across the country. Being that I do get my beads from all over, there is no guarantee that I will have the same beads for future jewelry...so if you see one that you really like..I would advise to purchase it before it is sold.
