Update on closet cousin: we still haven't spoken. Haaaaa. It's just funny to me now. I pity the foo!

So, guess what? Does this seem like deja vu from the last entry? Heh. I copied, cut and pasted. I'm lazy and I'm busy. So sue me. I'm not doing a Dear God letter though. Shuddup.

So this is the deal. I've been busy. Yup. I took the manager position for the rock band and even though it's only been a week things are running smoothly and fast. Very fast. So fast in fact that I had a Red Bull for breakfast this morning. Ugh.

Last night I had to update all the websites the band is linked to with current gig information. It's not too many sites, yet, but it's enough to make me looney. I also had to make an online calendar to keep track of everyone's schedule, rehearsals, interviews, etc. Ha. Interviews. Plural. We're lucky to have one.

Anywho, I also had to work on my friend Dante's site because I've been lagging and well it caught up to me. I'm having major trouble working with a shopping cart but I'll make it work somehow. I better or he's gonna whomp me. Heh. Whomp. You know where I got that word from don't you? C'mon. It's easy! Tell me and I'll let you have a keepsake. Seriously.

I also started sketching out the band's new website. I'm a maroon. I have a couple of ideas but once I try and put them on paper it looks like kiddie doodles. Bleh.

And finally I had to call the guy who set up our next two shows. He was really nice actually. I was surprised. Not that I thought he'd be rude or anything but I have a 'attack' mode on when it comes to talking to 'men' about business. Gotta change that now. Or maybe I shouldn't? Whatever.

So now I'm wondering? Do I have to be at the band's shows? I don't do I? I mean just because I'm the manager doesn't mean I have to be at every single thing they're doing, right? Hello? I mean I wasn't at their last two rehearsals. And I wasn't at last night's photo shoot. So I don't have to be at this weekend's show right? It's way on the other side of town people! They play after midnight!! Aaaarrrggghhh!

Is it too early to quit?

In other news - deja vu - my car is still making noises. I've come to think of them as her normal breathing and if she doesn't make them that's when I freak out. I need help.
