| Esp're The Esp're is a special task force designed to protect the law. The Esp're falls into one of four catagories - Class E - the most powerful, and rarest of the four. Usually are reserved for military purposes rather than civilian cases. Class A - Occurs at a five percent rate more than the class E. They handle civilian cases, but usually work solo and only cases that have a high danger rate. Class A's are more often than not assassins. Class B - Second most common. Usually work in pairs. Class C - Most common. Usually work in pairs or threes. All Esp'res have some form of psychic ability, however, using it causes harm either physically or mentally, and is against EV/E/A's rules. EV/E/A is the organization that handles the Esp'res cases and such. It is a subdivision of Kamikaze and funded in part by Mizu. |
