| *Today,Mej made a dish party in St.Marc in which we said goodbye to the ancient chef & the director of St.Marc "Fr.Georges Absi" who will leave us this year.(24/7/2003) *We had a meeting last monday with Mej Antide to begin the preparation of the project.(24/7/2003) *We will begin a project with the team of Mej Antide,we had a meeting last tuesday with them to see how we'll begin it.(11/7/2003) *We began the work of our own project two weeks ago and we hope that we can finish it soon to be free for the other project.(11/7/2003) *Roger will be the 6th chef in Hashaka as he will go to formation this summer.
