| November 04 Alex managed to show Mishka around the castle in an hour. He left her and walked away quickly toward to gardens, feeling like destroying something. Mishka felt like going to visit the abandonned temple she had seen in the mountain close to the castle. Since Alex didn't show her where the stables were, she decided to go ask him. She quickly changed her mind when he turned around and glared at her. As she wondered around, searching for the stables, a strange man showed up, asking her for help. His hair covered his eyes as he spoke. Mishka turned around and asked him what he wanted. He told her he had lost his way and founded this town and that he needed to find his place. Mishka quickly explained that the castle was Sivega's and that the town below was called Hi City. She asked where he came from, but he told he it wasn't important where he came from, but only that he didn't come from the Mystic island. His name was Asta. Mishka, thinking it would be good to learn more about this strange fellow, invisted him to stay for a while in the castle. She would later on regret ever making that decision... Meanwhile, in teh forest bording Hi City, Cara and Rokaze were about to have the fight they both always wanted. The fight was rough and bloody, and Rokaze seemed to have the upper hand. But it all changed when he allowed Cara to get him mad enough to use its magic against her. She captured it without hesitation. She ordered him to return to the castle, and act like nothing happened. He agreed against his will and returned to the castle. Cara plopped down under a tree and went to sleep, waiting for the next night for Rokaze's return and the castle's news. Back at the castle, Mishka was trying to find the hall leading to the guest's rooms, but failed miserably. She went back outside and bumped into a bloodied Rokaze. He didn't say anything, nor even looked at her. He simply went on, heading to his room where Mishka later joined him with food. She told him about the visions she had earlier that day...Something about seeing a Mord-Sith capture his magic. She laughed and told him to rest before heading back to where she had left Asta before Rokaze could say another word... Alex was coming back from the castle when he saw Mishka and Asta talking outside. He imediatly felt jaleous because of the man standing so close to Mishka. He growled and walked up to them, stopping next to Asta. He said he was going to show him his room, since Mishka only got there the same day and was probably gonna get lost. Meanwhile, Mishka ordered a guard to show her where the room with the women's clothing was. He did as he was ordered. She chose over 50 dressed, and put on a white one similar to the black one she had on. She put the dresses in her room before going into town. Neko, who didn't want to get in Cara's way, had ran and ended up in Hi City. She didn't know what to do so she decided to go sing at a Merchant shop, hoping to get arrested in order to get in the palace. She sang about freedom. Mishka was listening to some old woman talking to a merchant about a cat-girl singing about freedom. She just shrugged it off and turned to walk away, but the raspy old voice of the woman made her turn back. She told Mishka about going down the wrong road and knowing it, but being too proud to admit she's making a mistake... Mishka growled and lifted the old woman up by her shirt, telling her to mind her own buisness. She dropped the woman down and stormed back to the castle. She went to the kitchen where Sivega was eating, She told him about the man and told him she had invited the weird fellow to stay in the castle for a while. Sivega slammed his fist down on the table, screaming to about how stupid she was to do such a thing, and how dangerous it could be for him to have a stranger in his home. He got up, pushed the servant out of his way, and walked to Mishka. He grabbed her by the neck and lifted her up. He growled softly and smacked her as hard as he could. He threw her to the ground and knelt down in front of her. He licked her ear as he played with her left rnipple. Deciding to have more fun, he bit down her right nipple, causing her to cry out in pain. He smirked as he watche dthe blood soak through her white dress. She tried to punch him between his legs, but he caught her fist in his hand and broke her wrist as if it was a stick. Her screams filled the room once more. Asta, who was wondering around the castle, heard her screams. Deciding to go see what that was all about, he got up and followed the screams. He growled in frustration when he saw two huge guards in front of the doors. he quickly killed them both and went in. Catching Sivega by surprised, he kicked him off to the side and flung him across the table. he picked up a weak Mishka and left the castle. Following Mishka's instructions, he went to an inn and asked for a room. He got angry and slammed his fist down on the desk when the inn keeper, a small girl, asked him to pay for the room. Saying Mishka didn't have time for him to go out and look for money, he ordered her to give him a room. She gave him one, shaking as if the Keeper had shown up in front of her. He put Mishka in the bed and went out to find an herb woman. Her sleep was not peaceful, once again. She dreamt about her friends at the village. The people she had come to know and love so much. They were all alive again, in her mind. She was holding the young Ameeya in her arms when it all went dark. The sky grew darker, and the buildings were burning again. She looked down and screamed when she saw Ameeya with his belly ripped open along with his throat. His left arm totally ripped off. She dropped him and turned around, but only to see the woman who had taken her in as a child. Dead. Like the rest. Weselan's dead eyes stared back at Mishka, a sword through her chest. Mishka woke up, screaming. She started to cry, something she hadn't done in years. She couldn't recall when was the last time she had shed tears... She grabbed her sword, lying against the wall next to the bed, and decided to end her pain once and for all. But her only wish would not come true so soon. Asta came in at the same moment she brought the blade to her broken wrist. He glared coldly at her and took the sword away, cutting his hand deeply in doing so. He cleaned and bandaged her wounds along with his hand. Heartbroken, lonely and scared, Mishka curled up on the bed and cried herself to sleep... |
