Originally starting off with our first show dog the Parson Russell "Jackie" whom mum showed, bringing mum back to the world of dog shows and introducing me to it. I then became interested in starting to compete in junior handlers it was then I spotted the Australian Shepherd and asked a lovely lady Sue Fedoryschyn who owns Gr Ch Leesway Spice Of Life CDX, AD, JD, ET, FD "Spice" to use in junior handlers. Immediately falling in love with the breed after Sue's coaching. The next step was convincing Mum , the even bigger step covincing DAD! Originally both German Shepherd people. It took two years of begging and handling Spice that dad finally gave in and wasn't it right timing!!!!
Spice had just sired a litter, so we were straight up to Arcadia where Mandy Lees of Leesway Kennels had our first Aussie Shepherd a red merle male, now Ch leesway Hot Pepper " Tyler". Both Mum and i havn't looked back since. Mum couldn't wait any longer, a year later our second Aussie a blue merle bitch Ch Leesway Blue Patchwork "Paige" . Mum and I were both content with our gorgeous aussies enjoying showing along with obedience and agility. But as warned my many, aussies are like jelly beans... you can't stop at one !!!
