08-01-'05: Added an old interview from 1998 (in German) by Ablaze Magazine, check it out in the "articles" section. The picture LP re-releases of "Amarok" and "Fuck off Nowadays Black Metal" are delayed to the end of january. A double picture LP re-release of "Herbstleyd" is planned for april/march. This re-release has a new album cover and will contain some bonustracks (live songs recorded in Innsbruck 2004). New t-shirts are also available, go to the "merchandise" section or check the design here. A new bootleg t-shirt has also been added, this is one from "Rasluka".

The problems with the host are  still not completely solved. The site may be offline now and then closer to the end of the month, I am sorry for this. Tips for good hosts are always welcome!

08-12-'04: Added another new interview with Kanwulf by the "Lords of Metal Webzine". Check it out in the "articles" section. It's interview # 9. As some of you proabbly already have noticed, the site has moved to a new host without the irritating pop ups and most important it's not offline every fucking hour like it was on the old host.

04-12-'04: There are 2 new picture LP's coming up in December through No Colours Records, namely "Amarok" and "Fuck off Nowadays Black Metal". Added a new interview with Kanwulf by the russian "Black Alchemy Webzine", check it out in the "articles" section. There are also 2 new pictures added in the "visuals" section, both are from the gig in Austria. And some new bootleg shirts can now be viewed in the "merchandise" section, scroll down to the bootleg items.

14-11-'04: Added the supplemental notes and lyrics from "Prosatanica Shooting Angels" in the "lyrics" section and 2 new photos from the booklet in the "visuals" section.

23-10-'04: Added some pictures of the Innsbruck show from October 16, check out the "visuals" section. The tracklist of this show was:

01. Herbstleyd Intro (partially)
02. Black Metal ist Krieg
03. Karmageddon
04. Stamped in the Balls
05. Herbstleyd (partially)
06. I Burn For You (Lord Foul Cover)
07. The Day Burzum Killed Mayhem
08. ... und Ich sah Sonn' Nimmer Heben
09. Possessed By Black Fucking Metal
10. Vom Traum, die Menschheit zu Töten
11. Orgasmatron (Motörhead Cover)
12. Black Metal ist Krieg

Also added the tracklist for "Prosatanica Shooting Angels" and a fan-made wallpaper from "Black Metal ist Krieg".

04-10-'04: "Prosatanica Shooting Angels" is out now!
For the rest there have been some small updates. I added some flyers/wallpapers in the "visuals" section and updated the "merchandise" section with a new patch. This one will be available soon at No Colours Records. Also updated the "biography" and added the cover for the video containg Nargaroth 3 concerts in the "releases" section (Live Konzertvideo). I hope to update the "sound" section soon, still looking for space to store the mp3's.

03-09-'04: A lot of people probably have noticed that the site is offline regularly because of exceeded bandwith. I am very sorry for this, but I can't help it. I am not going to pay money just to host a site.

I found out the correct set-list of the Rotterdam concert, you can see it below:

01. Intro (from Herbstleyd, partially)
02. Blackmetal Ist Krieg
03. Karmageddon
04. Stamped In The Balls
05. Herbstleyd (partially)
06. The Day Burzum Killed Mayhem
07. I Burn For You (Lord Foul Cover)
08. Abschiedsbrief Des Prometheus
09. Possessed By Black Fucking Metal
10. Vom Traum Die Menschheit Zu Toten

22-08-'04: The Nargaroth concert last friday in Rotterdam was awesome. I think Nargaroth performed very well. Except for some small mistakes, but one should not complain about that because they were there and they killed, and that's what counts.

The setlist was:
01. Intro (Herbstleyd intro, partially)
02. Black Metal ist Krieg
03. Karmageddon
04. New song from "Prosatanica Shooting Angels"
05. Abschiedsbrief des Prometheus
06. I burn for you (Lord Foul cover)
07. Herbstleyd (partially)
08. The day Burzum killed Mayhem
09. Possessed by Black Fucking Metal
10. Vom traum die Menschheit zu töten

I am not sure about the order in which they were played, but I am sure about track 01, 02, 03, 09 and 10. If someone has the performance as audio and/or videorecording they can contact me on my emailadress. I am very interested in them. I have other Nargaroth video/audio material for trade.

Pictures of the gig can be viewed in the "visuals" section (scroll down), many thanks to Blood, spikes and noise!!!

13-08-'04: Updated the site with a new mp3 sample from the upcoming Nargaroth album "Prosatanica Shooting Angels" which is scheduled for release somewhere in September, download it here. Same goes for the new t-shirt/longsleeve of the album, which can be viewed in the "merchandise" section.

And then we also have the news about a "last minute" Nargaroth concert which is supposed to take place at the Baroeg in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Check out the flyer below.

15-07-2004: I've added the supplemental notes and lyrics (in German and English) from "Rasluka Part I" to the "lyrics" page.
New picture from Kanwulf (from "Rasluka Part I" mcd) has been added to the "visuals" page, this is the one called "Funeral march" thanks to Tarkath for the scanning.
Merchandise bootlegs such as T-Shirts and patches etc... can now be found on the "merchandise" page (scroll all the way down), and not on the "releases" page anymore (only audio bootlegs). I've added 2 new great patches to the "merchandise" page, but they are bootlegs so good luck finding them.

And last but not least, I've heard rumours Nargaroth will play live again. Not the rumours about Nargaroth playing in Mexico (because these are obviously FALSE, the tourmanager/promoter fucked it up), but rumours that Nargaroth will play on a festival in Austria. I cannot say if this is true or not, time will tell...

01-07-'04: Because of my busy schedule and also partially because of my own lazyness the site hasn't been updated for a while. But there was also no need for an real big update, so....
You probably already know the "Rasluka Part I" MCD and the "Rasluka" shirts have been released, more info in the "releases" and "merchandise" section. I've also added a new bootleg shirt to the " releases" page, this time a shirt from the "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" MLP.
The upcoming Nargaroth album is entitled "Prosatanica Shooting Angels" and is expected to be released somewhere in July/August this year. That's all for now!

27-04-'04: The first part of the Rasluka trilogy (Rasluka Part I) will be released in mid-May. Check out the cover and listen to a short sample of it here.
The picture LP version of "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" is now available at No Colours Records.

03-04-'04: "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" will also be released as a picture LP by No Colours Records on 18-04. This LP is limited to 500 copies and also contains the poster.
Finally the new "Herbstleyd" shirts/longsleeves/sweaters are available through No Colours Records and other mailorders. Check the design out here. The "Rasluka" shirts are planned for April/May.

There is now an official page of Kanwulf's own label "Curse of KvN Sadistic". Go the website here. This is also the label that released the tape version of "Crushing Some Belgian Scum
" and several demo-tapes and CD's of Nargaroth's livedrummer Asbath's band Darkestrah.

Check out some new bootleg shirts in the "releases" section (scroll down to clothing). The mp3's of the "Herbstleyd" demo on the "sounds" page are not online anymore because Angelfire deleted the account on which they were stored. I'll try to bring them back soon.

25-02-'04: Added a new bootleg in the "releases" section. This one is from the "Herbstleyd" DEMO from '93. The "releases" section has also been updated with all the tape versions of all Nargaroth albums (incl. "Crushing Some Belgian Scum"). These tapes where released by Old Legend Productions.
You can now also view the English translations from the lyrics of "Geliebte des Regens". Check these out in the "lyrics" section.
And as I promised a week earlier, some samples of the Herbstleyd DEMO from '93 and a short sample of the "Fuck off nowadays Black Metal" tapeversion bonustrack "A Black Metal song just for Black Metal Maniacs" have been added to the "sounds" page. Do not expect high quality Mp3's, I will not do that because I don't have enough space for it and because that ruins the idea of this EXCLUSIVE material.

14-02-'04: Added 2 bootlegs in the "releases" section, a tape called "Amarok - Zorn des Lammes" and a bootlegshirt "Herbstleyd". I've also added the lyrics and supplemental notes from "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" (can be viewed in the "lyrics" section) and a coverpicture of the 2nd No Colours Records Compilation. The "Herbstleyd" and "Rasluka" shirts are delayed, they will be available around March)
Soon I will add the English translations of the lyrics of "Geliebte des Regens". And last but not least, more samples (of the "Herbstleyd" demo and "A Black Metal Song just for Black Metal Maniacs") will be uploaded soon.

31-01-'04: Added the tracklist of the "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" MLP.

29-01-'04: The "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" MLP has been released.

12-01-'04: The "Crushing Some Belgian Scum" (live in Aartrijke, Belgium March 16) MLP, "Rasluka" shirt and "Herbstleyd" shirt will be released in early february by No Colours Records. Updated the "links" section.

14-12-'03: A picture of the "Rasluka" shirt can be viewed now in the "merchandise" section.

13-12-'03: Added a picture of the upcoming "Herbstleyd" shirt (different design then the 1st version), that will be available around January 2004, just as the "Rasluka" shirt but I don't have a picture of that one yet. Check the "merchandise" section.

12-12-'03: The 10" Mini-LP "Crushing some Belgian Scum" (live in Aartrijke, Belgium March 16) will be released by No Colours Records in January 2004. There comes a free poster with it. Click here to see the cover.

11-12-'03: No Colours Records is planning to release a live 10" MLP "Crushing some belgian scum" from Nargaroth. There are also plans for "Herbstleyd"and "Rasluka" t-shirts, but nothing is for sure yet.

And there is a label nowadays called "Curse of KvN". I don't know if this is Kanwulf von Nargaroth, but I think it is. The first release of this label (Darkestrah "Sary Oh") is officially distributed by No Colours Records. And the session/live drummer of Nargaroth "Asbath" also plays in this band...

12-11-'03: Updated the "biography" page. Check it out here.

09-11-'03: As you can see, the layout of the site has changed a bit. I've added the lyrics of "Geliebte des Regens" and the lyric for "Possessed by Black Fucking Metal" you can find them in the "lyrics" section. Also 2 new pictures of Kanwulf (from the "Geliebte des Regens" booklet) are added in the "visuals" section.

And last but not least, Nargaroth will probably play live again. I know the date and place, but it doesn't feel right for me to post it on this website and make it "official". I think it would ruin the whole idea about this gig.
The true Nargaroth maniacs will know it or find it out sooner or later.... Don't mail me about it.

03-11-'03: "Geliebte des Regens" has been released.

15-10-'03: According to No Colours Records the new Nargaroth album "Geliebte des Regens" will be out end October. The coverart has changed a bit. Check it out here.

The lyrics of the following tracks have been added to the site. Many thanks to Koen for all the typing.
"Seven tears are flowing to the river
"The day Burzum killed Mayhem"
"Písen pro Satana"
"Erik, may you rape the angels"
"Amarok - Zorn des Lammes III"

Check them out in the "lyrics" section. Click on "Black Metal ist Krieg".
More lyrics from "Black Metal ist Krieg" will be added soon.

28-09-'03: Finally another update. I could not update the site for a long time because of computerproblems. I have a new computer now, so the site will be updated more regularly.

You can now download a sample of the upcoming Nargaroth album "Geliebte des Regens" here or in the "releases" section (click on "Geliebte des Regens"). The album will be released in October this year.

I've added a new bootleg in the releases section it's the 2nd "Fuck off to Nowadays Black Metal" bootleg. Soon I will add the lyrics and more supplemental notes from "Black Metal ist Krieg". So check back soon.

24-07-'03: Added more links on the "links" page, though they are not Nargaroth related but just bands/zines/infosites, THESE LINKS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH NARGAROTH! And I only add links from bands/zines/infosites that I like. So don't bug me with linktrading, unless you think your link is usefull to be in the link section.
I have also added 2 new pictures from the "Fuck off nowadays Black Metal" tape-booklet in the "visuals" section, one picture from kanwulf (life) and one from Charoon.

30-06-03: I've added the albumcover of the upcoming Nargaroth album "Geliebte des Regens" in the "releases" section. Planned releasedate is somewhere around August/September this year.
This is what No Colours Records had to say: "After a long period of silence the new album will be out in August/September! 4 very long depressive Metal songs which will go under your skin!."

On July 9 No Colours Records will release the "Black Metal ist Krieg" Gatefold 2-LP (incl. one pic. LP).

25-06-03: New interview added in the "articles" section. It's "interview #7" it is in German and is from the "Herbstleyd Era (1999)". No Colours Records will release "Black Metal ist Krieg" gatefold-DLP (with one pic.-LP) in July. This LP will be limited to 500 copies. The planned release date for the new Nargaroth studio album "Geliebte des Regens" is somewhere in September. It will be released as gatefold-DLP, and digi-CD.

07-06-03: Added some new items in the "merchandise" section info/picture about/of Carsicker, Logo T-Shirt (lim. to 50) and a Old Logo patch. Also the supplemental notes from a NARGAROTH Concertvideo written by Kanwulf himself. Check out the "lyrics" section.
And a new live picture in the "visuals" section, this one is from the Judas Iscariot gig at the "Under the Black Sun" festival when Kanwulf played sessionguitar.

08-05-'03: I've added an image of the No Colours version of the "Orke" tape in the "releases' section. Some Nargaroth bootlegs (audio and video) can now be viewed in the "releases" section.
Some "spoken parts" + a lyric of "Fuck off Last Episode!" are added in the "lyrics' section. Those spoken parts are from some songs of "Herbstleyd" and "Rasluka Part II".

11-04-'03: Another "new" photo added in the "visuals" section. This one was again send to me by Frederick Peeters.

08-04-'03: I've added the tracklist of the Amarok LP version, and pictures of the "Rasluka Part II" and "Fuck off nowadays Black Metal" tape versions. Checkout the "releases" section. Also a new live photo in the "visuals" section, this one was send to me by Frederick Peeters.
You can now also order this bootleg "Nargaroth - Live Erfurt 1999 (Germany) VIDEO CDR" (38 minutes) for € 1,50. Check the "merchandise" section (scroll down to unofficial/bootleg items) for more info (tracklist and how to order)...

29-03-'03: I've added the supplemental notes from the booklets and albumcovers of the following albums: Herbstleyd, Amarok, Fuck off nowadays Black Metal, Black Metal ist Krieg and Rasluka - Part II. Check them out in the "lyrics" section.
I've also added the cover of the "Herbstleyd" DEMO, a new one of the "Orke" DEMO and a cover of the "Black Metal ist Krieg" A5 digibook. You can check these out in the "releases" section. And some new pictures can be viewed in the "visuals"section and a picture of the "Herbstleyd" shirt in the "merchandise" section.
And there's a new banner available in the "links" section.

22-03-'03: I've moved the site from Angelfire to Geocities. So there are not so much pop-ups anymore, and no more bandwith crap (I hope). There a lot of new mp3's (album/live/demo bitrates 48kpbs/22kHz) at the site check the "sound" section. I've also added a merchandise section, with all Nargaroth merchandise and where to order it.
I hope to add all "Supplemental Notes" of the Nargaroth albums in the near future. But this can take a while.

04-03-'03: The new Nargaroth album "Geliebte des Regens" has been announced for a long time already (recorded april 2001, planned release autumn 2002). But because of technical problems that occured just before mixing the album, the vocal parts were gone. Kanwulf is now still working on the recordings and he will re-record the vocals. The songs that we're also recorded in april 2001 for the "Semper Fideles" don't have vocals added to them yet. No release date for this one. The planned release of "Rasluka Part I" (split with Moonblood) will not be released by Sombre Records. Kanwulf decided not to release it because Sombre Records also planned to release a LP with unreleased Azubham Haani demomaterial. Kanwulf did not like this, more about this "incident" will be explained in the booklet of "Rasluka Part I". That will now be released on No Colours Records.

The lyrics for the songs "Black Metal ist Krieg" and "Amarok - Zorn des Lammes (Part.III)" have been corrected, and can be read in the lyrics section. Also one new very short interview (#6) in German in the articles section

03-03-'03:The site hasn't been updated for a long while because of some problems and errors with my computer. It's still not working perfectly but I've made some updates... I've added the LP covers of "Orke" and "Fuck off Nowadays Black Metal". Also the tracklist of the Herbstleyd demo. You can check these out in the releases section... When my comuter is completely fixed you also can expect some more mp3's from Nargaroth albums, demo's and live recordings. But again, please be patient.

Some people have send me their corrected versions of the "Amarok - Zorn des Lammes (Part III)" lyric. I will soon update the "Black Metal ist Krieg" lyric page with this new version + a lyric of the song "Black metal ist Krieg".

Some other news about the new upcoming Nargaroth album "Geliebte des Regens". The album is recorded, but Kanwulf was not satisfied with the vocals so he had (or still has) to do them again. When this is all finished he'll send the material to Steffen & No Colours Rec., they will release this album as a digipack and gatefold LP. There are also plans for 2 new 7" EP's: "Left behind in suicide" & and a live EP (to be released on "Blood, Fire, Death Records".

09-12-02: Added a new interview from Maelstrom zine (not on old one bit a pretty new one, in English). Go to it here, interview #5. Also the lyrics of "Amarok - Zorn des Lammes (Part.III)" you can read them in the lyrics section.

18-11-02: Added a new interview (in German) send to me by Last Wound (of Almanach zine). Go to it here, interview #4. The mp3's are taking some more time.

11-10-'02: It's been a while since I updated the site, so once again a little update. I added the lyrics to some Nargaroth albums, to go to the lyricspage click here or click on the lyrics button on the mainpage. The new Nargaroth album entitled "Geliebte des Regens" will be out in late autumn according to No Colours Records. But according to Displeased Records it will be out in December. So I hope to give you a releasedate soon... I'm working on some rare Nargaroth (edited/complete) mp3's to put one the site. This will be some live and demo material (from the original "Black Metal ist Krieg" DEMO/LP & Orke DEMO/LP). But this could take a while... so please be patient.

Big thanks goes out to the people who emailed me and wrote the guestbook.

14-05-'02: Added Black Metal Endsieg LP cover in the releases section.

06-05-'02: Added "Orke" tracklist in the releases section.

04-05-'02: Added "Fuck off to nowadays Black Metal" cover + tracklist in the releases section.

20-04-'02: Added a new 7" EP (Black Metal Endsieg II) in the releases section.

14-04-'02: Finished the site today. It is not totally complete yet, I keep my eyes open for interviews, pictures, tracklists etc... If you can help me with this then get in contact with me.

NARGAROTH NEWS FROM NO COLOURS RECORDS:

* Nargaroth
As always with Nargaroth there are unexpected and quick changes. During the recording sessions of Pfingsten '01 over 20 songs were recorded, of which will be used for the releases "Rasluka Part I" (Sombre Records), "Rasluka Part II" (NC), "Semper Fidelis" (NC) and surprisingly for a new album called "Geliebte des Regens", an album totally unknown to us or accordingly otherwise previously scheduled with NC. It contains songs that are in the style of the Strid EP and according to Kanwulf is "the best that he has ever done". Additional information was not made available to us.
Some information about the SEMPER FIDELIS Box: We reported in the last info release and catalog that there will be a lottery to select who receives this highly limited box. This has lead to some confusion. As clarification it should be stated that this selection will not be a random lottery, but rather Kanwulf himself will decide who receives the box and who doesn't! Decisions will be based not only on the customer's name, but rather on the selection of personal acquaintances as satisfactory and trustworthy. Consequently, because of the small number of such acquaintances, this box will more likely remain available for a longer period of time. The selection procedure is deemed necessary because, according to Kanwulf, the neo-fanbase of Nargaroth is full of assholes wearing bm=krieg shirts, anarchy symbols on their pants and short hair, who have without brains and justification raised Nargaroth to a cult, which - according to Kanwulf's statements - it does not deserve, and they have consequently blemished Nargaroth as well as the bm=krieg shirt.
Due to other confusion and rumors there will be a Nargaroth interview, which, after a 2-year silence in Germany, will be given in a yet-undisclosed Magazine.
On No Colours the planned releases from NARGAROTH are as follows: "Jahreszeiten"-Album ; "Raise again the 1000 swords"-Album ; "Rasluka III"-MCD ; "Bertas Grab"-Demo ; "ORKE" DLP ; "Der Deutschen Liedgut"-LP ; and an album whose content would not be disclosed to us. The order here is not chronological and without complete confirmation of their eventual release.
Additionally, Kanwulf has decided not to limited the vinyl versions of further albums because of auctioning of sold-out LPs for unbelievable prices through popular Internet sites.
