The site is in German. I know that it deals with a Mirror Universe in which Admiral Nechayev is president of the Federation. Loosely translated, the write up reads:
The Federation has a new president - Admiral Nechayev. But since the [Sternenflottenoffizierin - something about "asteriks quick officer in] sits in the office, border disputes with the Klingons result, and smaller engagements come more frequently. Lieutenant Steven Lefler, Lieutenant Kevin McAllister and a common acquaintance Lieutenant Commander Duncan Farrell notices strange occurances, so they investigate. In their search, a very different picture of Nechayev develops - she aims for total rule over the Federation. But before the three officers can pass their findings on, Nechayev's people find them... and a [m�rderische] hunt begins.
