a new interview with an hungarian online mag has been added.

we will mainly act and perform as a fourpiece the next few months which means that guitarist/ singer michael will take over all vocal duties as markus is putting his main focus on his young family.
as for new songs, we're currently in the process of writing a lot new material and the metal flows really well. all i can say at this stage is that the news songs differ more from each other than the ones on the "mirrorsoil" while they all bear 100 % the mirror of deception stamp. so be prepared we plan to hit the studio again around fall.
unfortunately no news or releasedates for the saint vitus tribute album nor the i am vengeance movie. updates will appear here as i get them. on the other hand the mastering for the international doom metal compilation "at the mountains of madness II" (for the tracklist check the september 21 news) has been finished now and the cd will soon go to the pressing plant.
the re-launch of this website will take some more time. when it finally happens there will be a lot of new features. so please be patient and check back regulary.

we've had hardly any updates here lately. this is due to planned re-launch of the site which will happen in the near future. i have a few new features on mind and a fresh new design.
other news are that we won't record our second as yet untitled album before autumn 2002 due to several private and professional commitments various mirror of deception members are facing in the next few months. we will cut down our live activities as well and put our main focus on writing new songs and record an album that will top "mirrorsoil".
