A lady my mom worked with had a cat that just had kittens. One of them was promised to me. When they were old enough I went over to pick one out. There were only 3 left. The mother cat was a tuxedo cat and one of them looked like her, there was a grey one, and one calico. It didn't take me long to choose which one I wanted. The little calico was very active and was running around all over the place. They called her Milky Way because they said when she was born she looked like a Milky Way bar. I soon changed her name when I caught her playing with her reflection in the mirror. I called her Mirra.
Mirra is a very beautiful cat. And my fiancee', Joseph just adores her. She is our little princess. And boy is she spoiled! I started buying these little furry mice for her to play with. I only give her one at a time. She has gotten to the point where she knows where I keep them. All I have to do is call her and say "Mirra want a mouse?" and she runs like lightning to the place where i hide them. She likes to eat the tails off of them.
Mirra also is so spoiled she has her own blanket. Or her "banky". Actually I bought it for myself with my Christmas money last year. It is a navy blue fleece blanket. As soon as I unwrapped it she claimed it. She does not like to sleep in my bed unless her "banky" is there. If you put something on top of her "banky" she digs until she uncovers it.
But I love spoiling Mirra. She unlike Denver, attached herself to me right away. She purrs and drools when she is happy. She likes playing with the other cats.
