Preparations are on the way to see the possibilities of doing a tour of the play in Brisbane. Journey is an Australian version of the original Singaporean play by playwright Vadi PVSS which won the Gold Award in the Singapore Youth Festival in 2000. The Singapore Minister for Defense, Rear Adm Teo Chee Hien, hailed it as a must see for all youths in Singapore. It is making its Australian debut here thanks to The International Students’ Association and Learning Communities, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Bond University. Performed by students of Queensland University of Technology : Amelia, Liam & Imogen & University of Queensland student: Karthik, Journey charts the trying lives of 4 youths. “Everybody makes mistakes and everybody has a story to tell.
