The Testing Page
The State of Oregon requires parents to give their homeschooling children one of a five approved standardized achievement tests in grades 3, 5, 8, and 10.  The specific requirements regarding testing can be found here.  Testing needs to be completed by August 15th.  The approved tests for Oregon are:

California Achievement Test
Comprehensive Tests of Basic Skills
Iowa Tests of Basic Skills/Tests of Achievement and Proficiency
Metropolitan Achievement Battery
Stanford Achievement Test Battery

Depending on your homeschooling style, you and your child may approach testing with anything from nonchalance to dread.  You may even choose to forego standardized testing altogether.  If you choose to comply with Oregon's regulations, hopefully the list of resources on this page will make the testing process less daunting.
