I'm Here

When I emerged into this world
With Brightness all around
I'd struggled hard and free into
A sea of cluttered sound

Into a wrap and on a chest
At last I can relax
A sound! A sound! I know that sound
Aha! My Lub-dub's back

Lub-dub, Lub-dub, where have you been?
I feared I was alone
But now you're here and so, I'm safe
My friend has come back home

I lift my head to peer around
I smile but it's just gas
I think that I might like it here
And then I start to laugh

I have no teeth-I drink my eats
I latch on to a teet
Another one for when one's done
I burp! and now I sleep...
