Ah what fun.  There was like a zillion bolts and plastic doo hicky snap buttons.  Be careful and make sure you get them all before you remove the bumper or your gonna end up breaking bumper tabs.
Just to give you an idea how big this intercooler is.
Had to cut the bumper bar in order to mount the IC.  Take your time to get all the measurements right.  It will pay off in the end.
Here I am test fitting the IC to see how far forward or back i need to mount it.  I ended up mounting it up against the back of the bumper bar.
Here are the 2 top mounting bolts.  I got lucky when I drilled these.  They were dead nuts on center of the mounting holes on the IC.
Can't really see them all that well, but here are the bottom mounting brackets that I made.  I welded the brackets to the frame of the car.
COMPLETED
I got a little excited so I pulled out my EVO IV bumper.  Looks kinda empty though.  PSST look to your right.-->
Here's what the future holds.  It looks so...so...BADASS
Here is where you will spend most of your time.  Cutting your OEM bumper to fit the IC.  A dremal and patience is all thats needed.  I still have more cutting to do for the piping. UHG
