Bulma or Burma asks for his help to find the dragonballs. So Goku and Bulma begin a quest to look for the dragonballs. During their journey they meet Oolong, Yamcha, Puar, Master Roshi, Chi Chi, The Ox King, Pilaf and many others. After they complete their mission (sort of) Goku goes to train with the legendary Master Roshi or Muten Roshi/Turtle Master. Before Goku is trained he must first find a hottie, along with Krillin Goku's new friend/Rival they dicover Lunch. They succeed, so they later begin training for the upcoming Tenkaichi Budokai or The Strongest Under the Heavans martial arts tournament. During the tounament they fight and make it to the final rounds. Later in a different Tenkaichi Budokai Goku meets Tein and his soon to be arch rival Piccolo. He is also reunited with Chi Chi and they later get married. Also sometime in there Goku destroys Dr.Gero's red ribbon army. In the begining of the newer series Dragonball Z it has Goku meeting or reuniting with his friends at the Kame House. He also is with his son Son Gohan, which is four at the time. Goku's reunion is cut short buy Goku's older brother Radditz. Radditz explains to Goku that he and Goku are Saiyans and that Goku should've destroyed this planet. Then more trouble, Radditz kidnaps Gohan in order to train him to destory this planet like Kakorot or Goku was supposed to do in the first place. Even more suprises come too! Piccolo, Goku's arch rival comes. But much to everyone suprise they team up together to defeat Radditz. But Radditz is too strong for them. In effort to destroy the evil Saiyan Goku died. But the bad knew didn't stop there, before Radditz died he told Piccolo that in 1 year two Saiyans more powerful then himself would arive on Earth. So while Piccolo trained Gohan on Earth to prepare for the two Saiyans Goku was being trained in the under world by King Kai. During his visit he learned two powerful attacks known as The KyoKen and The Genki Dama Spirit Bomb. Goku was then wished back to life, only to find out that the Saiyans would reach Earth before he would. On Earth the Saiyans had arived and in efforts to stop them Choutzu, Yamcha, Tien and Piccolo all were destroyed. When Goku returned to Earth he defeated the Saiyan Nappa and Vegeta with the help of Gohan. After the battle Goku had to totally heal, while the others were working on reviving their lost friends. While Goku rests Gohan, Krillin and Bulma travel to Namek to revive thier friends with the dragonballs. While in Namek they again encounter Vegeta, and a more powerful and evil force, Freeza (yes the alien that wears lipstick and nailpolish) Goku when all better travels to Namek and in his anger he tranforms into a super saiyan. He then procedes to kick Freeza's butt. When the planet Namek is destroyed Goku blasts off unexpectedly toword the planet Yardrant (where he learns the instant transmission) When Goku returns to Earth he finds that Frezza (who also went to earth) had been defeated by a new Super Saiyan. The Super Saiyan named Trunks told Goku about his fate and how he would die of a heart disease. MORE TO COME |
