This is Majin Vegeta during the Tenkaichi Budoukai. I have been confirmed that this cel has the right background and everything else that goes with it, hehe.. I know that when Babidee changes the fighting grounds to the Tenkaichi Budoukai ring when Gokou and Majin Vegeta were about to fight.. but instead Majin Vegeta killed the spectators.. As for the sketch, I was afraid to take the sketch out, cause I didn't want to take the chance of damaging anything.. but as you can see theres Vegeta's hair, and his whole body under the hair sketch..also this cel is OVERSIZED so it didn't get all of the sides(just a little bit of the arms).. sorry.. =)
