Personality: Not exactly what you'd expect from a child raised by the deceptive Juuhachigou and the underhanded Kuririn, but the best of both appears in this natural sweetheart, which is why she's so likeable. She's well reserved and chooses her words carefully, just like her mother, but innocent, sweet and incredibly kind, just how her father turned out. I have yet to see, and I doubt I ever will, a character defamation shrine in her honor. From the little screen time she gets, we see her as an honest and kind character, not exactly a rocket scientist, but she isn't stupid. She has an average intelligence. She's very devoted to her parents, and though she loves Juuhachigou to the ends of the earth, I'm inclined to think of her as a daddy's girl. Marron loves to shop almost as much as her mother, perhaps more ^^. Out of all the Dragonball girls, she's the only "innocent one" who actually has some intelligence, which is perhaps why she's very popular for a character who has no real effect to the storyline.

Love Life: In the series she has little love influence. However, on the internet Marron fans have started "the great debate". I, myself, am impartial to this, but there's the Marron x Goten folks out there and the Marron x Trunks folks out there. The main justification used by the M x G people is the closeness of the Son and Chestnut families, while the main argument used by the M x T people is the idea that Trunks is more stable and compatible with Marron. Make up your own minds, I'm gonna leave this one alone.

Importance: Sadly, there really is none. She encourages her mother in the Tenkaichi Budokai and donates her energy to the Genki Dama used to defeat Buu, but she never learns to fight herself. I read somewhere that it was because she's afraid of heights, but I've never been able to verify this. She's never confronted with danger until DBGT where, in a heart-wrenching scene,  Juunanagou attacks and kills her father. Juuhachigou yells for her to leave, but Marron refuses to go without her mother. However, she runs after some hesitation and is aimed at by Juunanagou. Juuhachigou steps in and saves her, however, and Marron safely escapes the scene. It makes me angry that a character with such potential failed to play a significant role in the story.
