| In the begining there was a cold and dismal shadow as two demented evils known only as Juunanagou and Juuhachigou laid waste upon the land...well, the begining of the Trunks Saga at least. Although we have come to love the two twisted menaces for their exploits in the now and here, we may not be so partial to them if we only knew them as Mirai no Trunks did (well, maybe not you. I certainly would ^^) | ||||||||||||||||||
| Future Machinery In the shadow future of Trunks, Juunana and Juuhachi aren't near as strong as they are in the present timeline. In the timeline we know, they spent about an extra day in hibernation, getting stronger all the while. They lived freely, without the dictation of Gero, having killed him just earlier, which is fairly cool because that guy was never on my favorites list. The two wreak havoc on one of the big cities and kill all the Z fighters besides Gokou, who had already died, and Gohan, who managed to escape the scene of the fight. According to the Trunks' special, Juunana killed Vejita and Yamucha (I think, I haven't seen it in a few months.), and Juuhachi killed Piccolo and Tenshinhan. Both killed Kuririn and it doesn't show who killed Choatzu.(If you can verify this, please contact me) |

| So where does the story go? Well basically, Gohan grows up and hates the cyborgs. Same with our friend Trunks whom wasn't in the battle. In fact, he was still an infant when the fight happened. Now he's 13 and wants to take on 18 and 17. Not a wise decision, but who ever said Trunks was wise? So Gohan trains Trunks, Trunks and Gohan fight cyborgs, cyborgs kill Gohan in a rather cool battle, and Trunks goes SSJ, cries like a baby and vows revenge. After several unsuccessful attempts to kill the cyborgs, Trunks goes back in time, yadda yadda, Cell Saga. Then after he reaches USSJ (Ultimate Super Saiya-jin) he goes back to his time line and kills Mirai Juuhachigou first, then Mirai Juunanagou (sniff, sniff), then 1st Stage Cell. |

| So what exactly is a Mirai Juuhachigou? Well, it means future #18, but that's not the point. I'm sure you all want to know how Mirai Juuhachigou acted, right? What was her personality? In the timeline we all know and love, Juuhachigou was ruthless, enjoyed a little fighting and very calm and serene. In the Trunks Special she is portrayed very differently. Due to the fact that in the timeline we know(let's call it timeline X) Juuhachigou was in hibernation for nearly a day longer than Trunks' timeline(timeline Y), she's far stronger and less like her former human self in timeline X than in timeline Y. Confused? Don't be. All this means is that in timeline Y, Juuhachigou acts much more like she would have if she had remained human(except for the whole psycotic killer thing she has going on.) She also has a lot of contempt for Juunanagou's (very cute) playful and sadistic look on his new life as a conquerer. She's a little whiny, loves to shop, doesn't seem to care as much about killing as 17 (that doesn't mean she doesn't care, just not as much) and seems to believe in keeping her word. Unlike in timeline X, in timeline Y Juuhachigou and Juunanagou have an unquenchable hatred for humans. Don't ask me why they'd feel this way in Y and not in X. It's possible it's because they still have quite a few of their human traits and still can't be human. So it's possible this hatred stemmed from intense jealousy. It's also possible they see humans as insignificant in comparison to themselves and therefore unfit to live in the same world as them. *shrugs* |
