Watch out girls! Heh, Irvine Kinneas is the pretty boy sharp shooter of Galbadia Garden. Basically his hobbies include, guns and women.....and never in that order. Irvine tries hard to come off as a loner, which he'll use mainly when he's hitting on girls, and really cool. Actually, though, when it comes right down to it, when he needs to fire, he'll shed that "tough" exterior and loose his composure.
You'll collect Irvine in Galbadia Garden when you recieve special orders to assasinate the Sorcerous Edea (which is beyond me why they wanted to SHOOT a sorcerous...). He'll join your party and basically introduce his personality by hitting on Rinoa and Selphie (and if you wanna see something funny..let him keep them in his party when he asks....=). He's a little over-excentric......so basically he's the kinda guy who irritates the crap outta Zell. Irvine's basically full of crap.....and full of himself.
He's the kind of character that irritates you and yet makes you laugh and shake your head. There may be guys who will worship this guy, believing him to be their hero.....and then they will be slapped repeatedly when they try Irvine's tactics for "picking up" women....
Irvine was one of the kids that was in Edea's orphanage as a child.....and he had a very special friend there, one he liked over everyone else, Selphie (who he called Sephy). And it seems he still does. After Rinoa basically tells him to go away and Quitis tells him to "knock it off and behave himself", he goes for Selphie. Of course, he's the only one, in the beginning, to remember that they all went to the orphanage together, but he never says anything untl later.
Irvine's Limit Breaks can be good or bad, it depends on your ammo, your weapon and who you're fighting. |
