If you love characters that swear like sailors, is always running thier mouths, is built like a giant, has a gun attached to his arm and would do anything for his little girl, then you must love Barret! The man is rough and tough, he's always swearing and fighting (or wanting to) and wanting to lay the samckdown on Shinra. See, he's the leader of Avalanche. He's a 35 year old, 6'4, born on December 15th in Corel Village kinda guy with a gun attached to his arm. He leads all the major moves against Shinra, because those punks are sucking Mako energy, the life energy, out of the planet.
Barret is just NOT one big bundle of cudly love, except maybe when it comes to Marlene, his "daughter" (actually you find out later it's his best friend's daughter). His wife was killed in an accident several years ago because of a Shinra. Now, he basically depends on his gun-arm and his brute strength to bring his though.
And brute he is, don't load Barret down to much with materia, he has a lot of HP and you may need it later on! |
