| Delivery of watercoolers Our Watercooler Distribution Representative can provide advice concerning the location of the watercooler. The floorstanding units require only one square foot of floor space and connection to a three pin power point. A regular supply of natural mineral water and cups We arrange to visit you on a regular schedule, checking whether additional supplies are needed. There is no delivery charge, and no minimum order quantity of water. Our Delivery Representative delivers as much or as little as you require. Emergency deliveries between scheduled visits are also carried out free of charge. Sanitising Watercoolers are sanitised every 13 weeks in accordance with BWCA (Bottled Water Cooler Association) standards. Our Sanitising Representative carries out this procedure quickly and efficiently. The unique process entails the removal and replacement of the watercooler reservoir, taps and drip tray. The exterior of the unit is also cleaned, ensuring the watercooler not only stays hygienic, but looks pristine. A service card is attached to the back of the unit, recording all sanitising or service visits by our representative. If a more personal contact is required, we are one of the few companies to employ outside Customer Service Representatives, who can visit you at your location. |
