SAZE SALASIL (Urdu Poetry) was released on January 3, 2006 at a special function organized by the J&K Cultural Academy in the Seminar Room of Tagore Hall at Srinagar.

The Valley Students Youth Welfare Association honored the poet, Muzaffar Aazim, with traditional dastarbandi (turban of honor) and presentation of a Kashmiri shawl.

Noted scholars, writers and lovers of literature spoke, and participated in a Mushaira held on the occasion.
The following photographs catch some moments of the ceremony with apologies to many respected participants whose photos could not be made available.
