Mi Reg'd Kennels was established in November 1986 however changed the name to MiOwn Reg'd Kennels on August 1, 2000 when we moved to Calgary, Alberta.
MiOwn Shih Tzu is a small kennel who have 1 or 2 carefully planned litters per year. All the puppies are lovingly raised in the kitchen/family room as socialization is of utmost importance.
MiOwn Shih Tzu is owned by Doreen Snowden who has been tirelessly working to improve the breed while working within the CKC breed standard for over 25 years.
The dogs are family first, show dogs second; they have access to most areas of the house, have their own doggy door which gives them access to a fenced yard and love to prove all the 'experts' wrong - they CAN and DO grow coat without living their lives out in pens!
MiOwn Shih Tzu are beauty with brains and have been seen frequently in the obedience ring after obtaining their conformation championship! |
