sorry, I couldn't share more with you on this MUA topic
since early March, cos due to the outbreak of the atypical
pneumonia, I've cancelled all my makeup trials, until, I

I guess choosing the right wedding
gown or evening dress of your choice, is a very personal
thing. Often, not even your fiance can affect your
decision. In fact, before we make our final decision,
there are still quite some common factors that we
have to take into consideration, such as,
- the $$$
- when to wear that?
- does the color matches with other dresses that you
have?
- does it fit ur body shape, which is most importantly,
do u look good in it?
... Of cos, there could be a lot more other factors
that you could think of .... That's why, it's very
subjective. Therefore, I'm afraid I can't provide
you with much helpful hints on this topic, but just
to share some personal experience of mine. 8)

of shoes to go with your beautiful gowns, here are
some shops that I've visited and bought my shoes from.
Personally, I found their styles are nice and the
price is reasonable too. These shops sell ready-made
shoes and custom ordered pairs.

These
photographers provide service for photo and VDO shooting
on your wedding day. The choices that I've marked down in
the file would be more expensive than "KUM DOH".
The total you
have to pay after counting all the film that you've used
plus development and print will definitely be over $14,000.
For some more famous/experienced photographer like DW and
TWO YOUNG would be more expensive. If you are interested,
may have a look.

| Oh,
time has passed so quickly, here I am, come back to
HK after our 7 days trip to Taiwan for Photo Shooting.
Definitely have to share about this trip and photo-shooting
in Taiwan. Unfortunately, I don't have time to type
out and sort all the detail yet, if you don't mind
come back a bit later, ....it's coming... 8P
But, just
before I have time to type any detail, I must thank
all the crew at 'Romantic Life', Taiwan, (which
is the studio that we've picked), both their sales,
photographer and even MUA are all very considerate
and friendly. Since my boyfriend felt very unwell
on the day of photo-shooting, if it wasn't the photographer's
particular effort (persistence), we may not be able
to finish this. Thx Apple. 8)

P.S. I have to wait 4 weeks for
the photos, so no picture to share at the stage...yes,
I'm so desparate waiting for the pictures to be
delivered! (the fitting pictures were taken by my
boyfriend with digital camera)

Flowers

These are the style and flower references
that I've chosen for ordering bouquet corsage and other
decorations items. Instead of using all fresh flowers, for
some table decoration or frame decoration, I will also be
using silk-flower, I know
friend who can custom-made the order (silk-flowers) for
me, if you are also interested, you may send
me an email. Probably we can get higher discount if
we group the order. 8)
There
are 2 main tones of flowers that I've picked. 1 for day-time
ceremony and 1 for nite time banquet.

Pop the window to see the "MOOD"
that I prefer. I'm in a process of discussing the decoration
ideas with the production house designer.
The Production house that I've chosen is
"THE MOZZ". They are expensive, but their ideas
are more original comparing to other decoration services.
So if you have budget and want some sort of more special
decoration, you may chat with them. Their contact is 27218386
(Kelvin or Ern).
In fact, to cut down cost, what I am doing
now is 'work with them', this means, I work out the ideas
with them, but try to source some of the material myself
at a cheaper price. So eventaully, they charge me for their
services. Actually THE MOZZ, also provide choices of fresh
bouquets and corsages plus car decoration...

INVITATION CARD :: |

Finally,
got the draft #1 done. Would like to share the W.I.P
with you. -

Since it will be quite hard to show the true color of the card
on the web, please note that what you see is the best contrast
that I can get. Cos when placing(converting) print graphic
to web-color, it will lose its sharpness and contrast. Here is
only the cover & the back of the card, probably will put the
inside of it later.
Similar
to the silk flower order, since I'm designing and printing this
myself, I would really like to see if any of you would be interested
in my design, so we may probably order together. Hopefully, I
can gather more order and get a bit more discount from my printer.

ABOUT MARRIAGE REGISTRATION & WEDDING CEREMONY :: |

Do
you think the same as me, want to have your wedding ceremony at
a decent or more memorable place rather than those Marriage Registries?
Since at Hong Kong, if you are not
a Baptised Christian, it's not appropreiate to host the wedding
ceremony in Church. Apart from Church & Marriage Registries,
there seems no other choice . . .
I've talked to the Immigration department
and Marriage Registry many times, and would like to share some info
with you here.

There
are rumors saying that now we can apply to have the government
registrar/lawyer to witness our wedding on location. In fact,
i've double-checked with the 'marriage department". They
said 'having people married by lawyer is just something those
government officials would like to suggest. But it has NOT
BEEN FINALISED, they don't have any internal document for
this, so can't give me any instruction on how this can be
done.
BUT since 6 of the marriage registries will be closed down
byJune to minimize cost, therefore many people (including
the marriage registry staff) guess that around that time,
new policy may be released, that is, they may allow registrar
to certify wedding on site.
Now if you really really want to hold
your wedding at somewhere special, by law, WE CAN'T SAY
THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. Actually you may also apply (wirte to
the chief offier of the immigartion department) for external
registration by paying a high premium charge (around $10000+).
However, most of the time,
people would only use this service if they are in jail,
in hospital or disabled....
Anyway, for myself, i've decided
to write the letter to apply, nothing to lose. 8) Maybe
u can try too. To sumbit
with this letter, you have to get a special application
form from the marriage registries. You may click to read
the following relevant news. I mean if "some special
people' can use this service, why can't we?

I've
booked the 'marquee' area for holding my wedding ceremony
at the Marina Club. Hopefully, the new law would have been
passed through by then. 8)

Just a bit more info on this special application:
We've just talked to the Marriage Dept again, they said if we
wanna apply for 'on-location registration', we don't have
to apply this early, should do it around June (provided
that our wedding is on NOV), cos they don't look at cases
too early. Just FYI

to repeat too many of those, cos that will only turn your wedding
to be another replica of somebody else' previous wedding. I
suppose, there's no formula for arranging wedding, it should be
SPECIAL, and should be ONE OF

Girls, while you are busy preparing
all sort of things for your big day, I think preparing a
perfect look would be above all on the list.
Apart from the MUA info above, I would like to share some
skin care product info with you.
I am not a very loyal Clinique
fan, but since like many other girls I do have 'dark-eye-circle'
problem, I've been using different types of eye gel for
years (mostly Shisedo's), but it's not too effective on
me. Lately, I've tried the Clinique
line for eye treatment and moisturize
treatment. After being very persistent on applying these
products twice a day for a month, I found them relatively
effective on me, especially comparing to other brands that
I've used before. Particularly good at smoothing the fine
lines under eyes.
I've collected images of these products and listed them
below for your information.

Information on Erave: Me and my boyfriend
had visited e-rave a month ago after looking at thier ads on magazines.
I personally think their collection is much better than those
that you can generally choose from the bridal shops. Both me and
boyfriend always find those 'shinny collor' and 'silver stiched'
