These are another one of my favorites in my collection.  The  prescription is (both lenses are the same) -7.00 x -3.00 x 180, Prism 5 Diopters  Base Out.  These are high-index plastic lenses.  Notice the thickness on the  outside of each lens, even with the high-index lenses.  Also, notice how thin  the lenses are on the inside edge.  Click on the image for a larger  version.
