I had dinner with Matt and Brie tonight. We made fondue which didn't work out too great but the wine was good. We got a little drunk and had some interesting conversations. In fact, it was the first time I had a real conversation with Matt; Brie wasn't really a part of the conversation since it mostly involved history and politics. Matt's not a bad guy. We also talked a lot about sex. Homosexual relationships was brought up as a conversation and I mentioned that I had my share of them. When that was told, Matt said to Brie, "I told you so." Hmm... so they've discussed my sexuality. Later on in the evening, after Brie fell asleep, Matt asked me more about homosexual relationships. We had an interesting conversation about gender, equality, and women in the military and I think we have a lot of the same views. And finally, a person I know who hates political correctness as much as I do. It was a great evening. Brie may be conventional, but Matt and Jeff are pretty interesting. I just learned that Jeff's in school for Geographical Finance. I'd like to learn more about that and what he plans to do with it. Maybe I'll ask next time I see him.
