The GOP-UNDP-EC Programme on Rehabilitating Internally Displaced Persons and Communities in Southern Philippines in partnership with the National Disaster Coordinating Council, Save The Children Federation Incorporated and the OFDA-USAID sponsored a three-day conference- workshop on Contextualization of Minimum Standards in Mindanao setting held last April 18-20 at the APO View Hotel, Davao City. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Puji Pujiono, an expert on Disaster Management of the ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management. Various government agencies, private sector groups and non-government organizations from all over Mindanao participated in the workshop-conference representing the following sectors: 1. Water supply and sanitation 2. Nutrition 3. Food Aid 4. Shelter and Site Selection 5. Health Services 6. Protection 7. Coordination
