The Rest of Our Story

I was in shock and didn't shed a tear the entire time in the hospital.  But as I was leaving the hospital the following afternoon I broke down.

I should have been taking my baby home with me!  Not leaving him there!

We had arrangements made to have our son cremated, and the funeral home was very wonderful with us.  We received Benny's body back the following week and held his funeral service on March 27, 1999.

It was a small privite gathering of mostly family and close friends.
