What the hell is up with the two new owners? All LA and NYI have done is insult each other, and NYI has already backed out of a trade. This is just ridiculous, already they have done something that is really unacceptable in the PHL; backing out of a trade. Even after people argued for I don't know how long, to get it to go through. How you can back out at this point, makes no sense to me. Who are these children anyway? While I don't claim to be the most mature owner on the boards, I am mature when it matters. There is already a thread where these guys are insulting each other and really just wasting space. (Super sami kapanen is not a waste of space, by the way) Oh well, anyway there are more important things in the league to worry about. One thing that has really pissed me off is when people are having thier trade voted on, it gets voted down, and they start complaining and spewing bullshit like "Oh I don't think we should vote on trades, I never wanted this voting process, WAHHHHHHH!" For the love of god, the trading rule was voted 18-0 in favor of yes. There was no opposition! If you didn't llike the trading process, you shoud have said something when we were actually VOTING ON IT. Now you'll just have to wait until next year, and until then, please just shut the hell up. I really wish the damn rounds would go by faster, I just want to play some games. Thats when the real fun starts. Even if it is just the Olympics, lets get things started!!!
I cannot wait for the season to start. I just can't wait to start the season, mixing my lines up, getting the competitive juices going. I've always wanted to do that, be a GM/Owner of a professional sports team. I suppose this is the closest i'll ever come to it, but man is it fun so far. Seriously, I come into work, and I spend at least 2 hours a day on this thing. Sometimes, i just stare at the screen reloading until someone posts something else so I can reply, and have something to do. This league has been great, I've met some awesome people, had a lot of laughs and it's really only going to get better once the season starts. For those of you that get all up-tight and pissed when i say something that you think is "offensive", lighten up. We're here to have fun, and to make fun of the idiots.
