BOYD E. GRAVES TO RE-FILE THE PEOPLES' CASE FOR AIDS REVIEW
Boyd E. Graves, J.D. announced this week intentions to refile
the case for immediate program review of the mostly secret virus
development program, U.S. Special Virus Cancer Program. Dr. Graves
contends the 15 years of missing medical history will lead us to not
only the true origin of AIDS, but the medical and scientific
breakthroughs necessary to combat AIDS and other illnesses more
effectively.The black budget U.S. virus program spent over $550
million dollars to mass produce a new synthetic human immune virus
in 1978, according to the evidence Dr. Graves has presented to
the U.S. Supreme Court Case No. 00-9587.

U.N. SPECIAL SESSION ON AIDS IGNORES SPECIAL VIRUS FLOW CHART
Further below is a transcript from the United Nations Special Session
on HIV/AIDS in N.Y. Dr. Boyd Graves had anticipated to present his
research and the secret 1971 Special Virus Flow Chart and the 20,000
hidden virus development experiments this Flow Chart coordinates to
the United Nations. This presentation has not yet occurred.

The same week the Supreme Court denied the people's case for
AIDS review, the U.S. Surgeon General's office contacted
Dr. Graves to wish him well. Dr. Graves provided the U.S.
Surgeon General's office with the information he discovered.
The U.S. Surgeon General's office earlier this year admitted
no prior knowledge of the AIDS Flow Chart, the secret virus
program, or of evidence of man made VISNA inside HIV/AIDS.

Dr. Graves intends to re-file the people's case for immediate
review and deactivation of the federal virus development program
(U.S. Special Virus 1962-1978) and a global AIDS apology
July 10, 2001 in Ohio Federal Court. July 10 also marks
Dr. Graves' 49th birthday and his 9th year living with HIV/AIDS.
Dr. Graves has proven the Special Virus program mass produced 60,000
liters of a synthetic hybrid virus genetically identical with sequences
to the viral homology of Nazi VISNA (a man-made wasting disease in
Icelandic sheep) in what we know today as HIV/AIDS between 1977 and 1978.
Dr. Graves has alleged the synthetic virus mass produced by the
U.S. government in 1978 is AIDS. The United States Department of Justice
named the office of the President of the United States to answer
the people's petition following submission of the 1971 Flow Chart
into evidence. His case is resolute proof of a secret human immune
virus development program.

Stephanie Tubb-Jones. Soon afterward, then President Bill Clinton declared

U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION DELAYS PUBLISHER, OFFERS FREE EBOOK
The quick denial by the U.S. Supreme Court may have again delayed
the delivery of Boyd E. Graves first book, but it has made the wait
even more worth while. According to independent publisher Joel Bales,
"Due to earlier delays in press, we were able to include the Supreme
Court's last minute appearances inside the book." He says advance
orders for the book have broken all of his previous title's sales
records but indicates the growing pains have been hard.

Mr. President, only two months ago, African leaders met in a historic Summit in Abuja, to demonstrate our firm commitment to combating the scourge of HIV/AIDS in order ensure the survival of our continent. It is for this reason that Nigeria welcomes the convening of this UN Special Session to set the agenda for meeting the immense challenges posed by a disease so deadly that it is has become one of the greatest obstacles to human development and security. Mr. President, may I, on behalf of the Government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, thank you, members of your Bureau and all those who have worked tirelessly to make this very important occasion a reality. I have no doubt that, under your able guidance, we shall achieve the objectives for which we have all gathered here. Our appreciation also goes to the indefatigable UN Secretary General, His Excellency Kofi Annan, and his team, particularly the Executive Director of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), Mr. Peter Piot, for their commitment to the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Their very excellent report provides us with the basis for very meaningful and fruitful deliberations. Mr. President, it is distressing to note that Africa, a continent already crippled with problems of underdevelopment, poverty, food scarcity, internal conflicts, and the heavy burden of external debt, is the hardest hit by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. According to the Secretary General's report, Africa is home to 70 per cent of adults and 80 per cent of children living with HIV. It is also home to three quarters of the nearly 22 million people worldwide that have died of AIDS since the epidemic began. Today, out of more than 36 million people worldwide living with AIDS, over 25 million are to be found in Africa. There is a growing population of children orphaned by AIDS, and of the world's 13 million of such children, over 12 million are in Africa. Mr. President, with this trend in statistics, the future of our continent is bleak, to say the least, and the prospect of extinction of the entire population of a continent looms larger and larger. We do not have any choice but to contemplate exceptional measures to contain the spread and devastation of HIV/AIDS. And those measures have to be comprehensive and total at all levels, national, regional and global.
The Abuja Summit produced a Declaration On HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Other Related Infectious Diseases, as well as a Framework Plan of Action for the implementation of the Declaration: African leaders resolved to accord the fight against HIV/AIDS the highest priority in their respective national development plans: We committed ourselves to personally provide leadership in all activities of the national mechanisms to be established in our various countries; We agreed to mobilise necessary resources by allocating fifteen per cent of our annual national budgets to the improvement of the health sector;
We also agreed to set up Leadership AIDS Watch for Africa to be made up. of leaders from seven African countries and the Executive Director of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS). Mr. President, in Nigeria, we have sadly observed how the prevalence rate of HIV/AIDS has risen from less than two per cent in 1986, to about the critical five per cent mark in 1993. For a country with a population of around 120 million people, the potentially serious consequences of the situation cannot be overemphasized.
However, I am pleased to report that our Government has adopted a multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary programme, as well as a "battle plan" -- the HIV/AIDS Emergency Action Plan (HEAP) -- to guide us in our fight against AIDS. In taking the above steps, we in Africa are conscious of the need for additional assistance from the international community in support of the global dimension of the war against HIV/AIDS. The undeniable fact is that, with the fragility of our economies, we simply lack capacity to adequately respond to the magnitude of HIV/AIDS epidemic. African peoples are looking to this Special Session with renewed hope. We are expecting that this august assembly will address all aspects of the problem of HIV/AIDS, including the issue of international funding and cooperation, alleviating the social and economic impact, prevention, care and support, as well as the issue of access to, and affordability of drugs. We are encouraged by the success story in the industrialised countries where HIV/AIDS is being reasonably controlled, and urge the international community to make a firm commitment to helping Africa achieve similar results. W
We support the initiative of the UN Secretary General to create a Global AIDS Fund, to fight HIV/AIDS and other diseases related to it. The Fund, which is to be capitalized by the donor community to the tune of seven to ten billion US dollars, would focus on prevention, with special attention to treatment through the provision of drugs at affordable prices by the leading international pharmaceutical companies. Let the administration and management of this Fund be the concern and responsibility of the UN Secretary-General, the donors and indeed all stakeholders, especially the victims who know where the shoe pinches. Furthermore, the circumstance and the situation of HIV/AIDS underscore our call for total cancellation of Africa's debts in favour of investment in the social sector. Mr. President, if we are to be true partners in development, the debt issue must be addressed in a comprehensive manner that frees our resources to enable us fight the scourge of HIV/AIDS, as well as meet our other social obligations to our people. Mr. President, I wish to make a plea for the millions who are already infected with the HIV virus. These people, referred to as `people living with HIV', require primary attention. I will include here the millions of children orphaned by the disease.
This Special Session must therefore consider and adopt a comprehensive approach that accords priority to: the treatment and improvement of life for infected persons; the prevention of mother-to-child transmission; and adequate welfare and provision for AIDS orphans so that they can grow up into normal members of the society. Let us come up with a programme that respects and saves `People Living with AIDS' as part of humanity. Let us help them to overcome the stigma of society, and they can join the crusade against further spread of the killer disease. I wish this Special Session an outcome that is successful enough to rescue humanity from the clutches of a pandemic that threatens to blight the future of humankind.

Dear F.O.E.,
In January 2001 Dr. Graves' Kenyan colleague Dr. Basil Wainright
predicted the African race will be extinct within 66 years from AIDS.
Dr. Graves has demanded the immediate review and deactivation of the
government's Special Virus so the African people will be here in 2067.
Will Africa survive?
I continue learning how naive I was about AIDS and AIDS issues
since Dr. Graves first introduced me to the Evidence of
the Laboratory Birth of AIDS. While I may be somewhat more versed
I still don't understand why African Nations do not financially support
Dr. Graves' case or themselves sue the governments and pharmaceutical
companies associated with the United States mostly secret Special

This week the world watched South African President Mbeki tour
Merck Pharmaceuticals (SVCP contractor). While the United Nations
Special Session on AIDS rolled on in NY, Mbeki hyped Merck's
potential new AIDS vaccine, and maybe in as few as 10 years!!!

Every distraction from the Special Virus Flow Chart is noise.
We see the AIDS 'dissidents' aren't really 'dissident', and the AIDS 'rethinkers'
don't really think at all. None have opened a progress report to see
what Peter Duesberg, Robert Gallo, Luc Montangier, Garth Nicolson,
Mathilde Krim, and the other leading AIDS experts did inside this diabolical
virus development program. We continue to allow their leadership on this issue?!?!?!?
They are leading us to our graves.
I scratch my head, look twice, and see our politicians,
doctors, entertainers, even philanthropists all appearing to bed
with the devil at worse, or choosing to ignore the evidence at best. Has everyone been bought?
The H.E.A.P of dead bodies piles higher everyday.
Dr. Graves is right. There is an AIDS curtain of Oz, and it runs far and wide.
It has form and purpose, an intelligence of its' own.
Like the virus, the distractions are designed.
It appears the African nations at the UN and the people are thanking their
masters for their death, while begging for debt forgiveness and access
to the master's toxic drugs which will kill him anyway. Why do they not stand up? Why do they not sue for immediate review?
History will show Africa and every innocent victim
is owed an apology and billions for the US AIDS genocide program.
The world faces the grim reality of losing the entire African race to this history.
Time is running out.
WILL AFRICA SURVIVE?
While UN diplomats act proud to even be talking about 'doing something' for Africa and AIDS,
Dr. Graves has filed suit against those who have patented and exploited the African genome.
No one has done more than Boyd Ed Graves to stop the genocide.
He's among the most humble men I've met.
He is not proud, he is ashamed of his country.
A man heartbroke for his people, but hopeful for our future.
When Dr. Graves says we have the ability to deactivate AIDS today,
he is truthful and sincere. He is correct.
Honest review of the SVCP reports will demonstrate the program deactivated
the new virus and vaccinated against it, bright news from a sinister story.
Honest review of the secret SVCP reports will show Merck and Company
participated in the program.
As Dr. Graves states. "The Flow Chart is the tip of a biological
ice-berg headed toward an African Titanic."
Yes, and we are all on board.
When will we access the power to realize our ability to deactivate AIDS
as evidenced inside this horrific federal program?
The companies and the sponsoring government should be forced to pay
the money necessary for the people's review the program, rework the
experiments in Phase IV which demonstrate the deactivation or CURE.
Additionally, they should be forced to forgive all debt, and instantly
cut a check for the billions of dollars in reparations and 'make whole'
relief the African people and every innocent victim of the U.S. Special
Virus Cancer Program are entitled to.
That may be in a perfect world. Dr. Graves and the people are not perfect.
The world is still in denial, still naive.
However, by our collective efforts toward public review we will continue closing the gap.
The world owes it to Africa, to America. We owe it to Dr. Graves and U.S.
I may be a little wiser on the complex issues Dr. Graves' evidence presents,
but I am still naive enough to believe the good people of America and the world
can force the government's hand to admit and reconcile their participation in and
their creation of, the mostly deadly ethnic cleansing experiment known to humankind,
and deactivate the Special Virus, before it is forever too late. .. .
As Dr. Graves says, "Band-aids everywhere, a nation on the mend."
