| My Rents : My mum (Vasanti) and dad (Nagin), I fink this was taken soon after they got hitched (my mum was 20 when she got married , allow that!) Before my parent's got the shop they both used to work in Kodak in Harrow, where they used to live. Before that my mum used to be a nurse and a lab technician. My dad was really good at carpentry and photography, unfortunately he died in 1988 at the age of 40 from a heart attack, i was only 6 at the time, but i can still remember everything. It was a really hard time but thanx to good family and friends me and my mum made it through! |

My aunt works in a chemist and my uncle is a mechanic.Alex and Nick are now 12 and 14 respecitvley, which is scary as i remember when my auntie was carring them and i wanted her to name them after the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles, good job she ignored me!! |

I guess good can come from bad!! |

Pritti and Hitesh are bro and sis they share the same birthday but five years apart it's amazing!! Oh and the live up north!! Rakesh , Kalpna and Dee are all bro and sis and they live in Palmers Green !! |
| This is my mum , me and my gran (Diwali) (mum's mum). This picture was taken on my 18th , soon after i had my braces put on so i don't have many recent photos! My gran used to live up north with my uncle, but it got overcrowded so she moved down here with us. Before her stroke(may2003) she was very active for an 84 year old, she would cook, clean, do the laundry, do the garden basically she used to run the house! That is why the stroke was so devestating because she completly lost her independance and we had to do everything for her, she couldn't really move unaided and there were a few times when things looked really bad. Luckily she has been slowly progressing and now she is able to go up and down stairs unaided, and does alittle cleaning here and there. Colouring books really helped her to get her arms and hands moving and build up strenth, they also relax her and she enjoys colouring in (now i know where I get it from!).My gran is the coolest, a couple of years back we took her to the fair and she went on the wheel where you're in a cage that goes upside down, I want to do that at her age! |
| Me and my grandma (Kunver) and grandpa (Kushal) my dads parents. My grandparents live in Harrow with my dads youngest brother Surrendra but they have now gone back to India. I went round to see them before they left, which was the first time i had seen them for a long time!! They both come from Gujerat and moved to Kenya before coming to the U.K. |
