Piglet Sales Agreement
This contract is between Ayers Mini Farm, herein after referred to as "Sellers"
and ________________________________, herein after referred to
as "Buyer."
In consideration of payment in full of the purchase price of $ ____________ by Buyer to Sellers, Sellers agrees to transfer to Buyer, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this contract, the ownership of one Male / Female Miniature Potbellied Piglet, herein after referred to as the "Piglet", from the mating of the sire and dam
identified below.

Your Pet Miniature Potbellied Piglet Comes With: Mini Pig Care Guide, 1st
Vaccinations & Wormings, 90 day Health Guarantee, UPPR Registration Application,
Prices on piglets are $335 M / $385 F or on the Jinhua marked or Jinhua Spotted Mini Potbellied Piglets they are $635 M / $685 F.
All piglets being sold as breeders will be double in price. You have 30 days from time of sale to alter your pet and send proof to us.
Optional Shipping:
Transportation, Health Paper, Crate, Bowls, Feed, Harness/Leash, microchip & Cargo Ticket = $275, 0r $325 on 2 piglets. If you need ground ship that is $500 flat rate. Please note that any additional charges beyond what comes with the $275 ship fee will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay before piglet is shipped.
Deposits are $100 and non refundable. All fees including delivery and shipping fees are due by the time the
piglet turns 6 weeks of age. NO EXCEPTIONS! Piglets ship at 8-12 weeks of age.

90 Day Health Guarantee:
1) Buyer must have new piglet examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery/pick up. Only exception for 72 hours is if you pickup on a Friday. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. There must be written proof from a certified vet that there is a congenital defect for us to replace piglet with a piglet of equal value out of our next available litters. We do not do refunds.
2) The Seller guarantees that the said piglet described above will be free of
bordtella, pasturella, erysiplas, or a period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt of
the live piglet by the Buyer(s). If there piglet gets any of the above stated illnesses within 15 days of the piglet leaving our care we will replace with a piglet of equal value from an upcoming litter. The Seller will provide a vaccination record for the said piglet. If the piglet is due for vaccinations, and the Buyer(s) fails to provide vaccinations on that day, this guarantee is null and void if the piglet contracts diseases that would otherwise be prevented by those vaccinations.
3) The Seller shall not be responsible for any medical costs incidental to the piglet after Buyer(s) receives
the piglet. Seller guarantees the above-described piglet to be healthy at the time of the sale. Seller does
not assume any liability for any injury to said piglet after time of sale. If there is a problem with the piglet,
seller's Veterinarian and buyer(s) Veterinarian must agree upon health reasons existed before time of
purchase, provided the piglet has been properly cared for in buyer(s) possession.
4) If piglet dies within 3 months of delivery/pick up, buyer(s) must have an autopsy performed
by a licensed Veterinarian at buyer(s) expense to determine cause of death. If cause of death is
due to problems existed before time of purchase and after our veterinarian has examined the piglet,
a replacement piglet will be given. The replacement piglet will be of same equal value. A replacement
will only take place if the above piglet has been properly cared for in buyer(s) possession. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REPLACEMENT OF A PIGLET TAKE PLACE IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS
ARE NOT MET. The piglet must be returned within 24 hours after which time replacement of the
piglet is forfeited.
5) There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, immunity level, mites,
pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, ticks, ear infections
allergies, thyroid dysfunction, hernias, ovarian tumors, prostate problems, and are not covered by this guarantee.
This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or verbal agreements made by either
party that are not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except in
writing and signed by both parties. Violations of this Contract will constitute BREACH of CONTRACT, prosecutable by law, and may result in mandatory confiscation and return of the piglet to the Seller
I have read and understand the stipulations of the Contract and voluntarily agree to all elements, stipulations and
provisions herein.

Note: Contract not binding until signed by both Buyer and Seller. Upon signature completion, this contract will become a legal and
binding document, as agreed by Buyer and Seller.
