1.)Map is mainly Urban exept for the ore fields and base areas

2.)First Priority: Try to get an engineer into the Sears Tower

3.)Once you do you will get:
	
	-$5000 on initlal capture
	-$500 in the same intervals as an oil derrick would
	-SpySat (you will need to build radar for this to work)

4.)Civillian Power plants give you 600 power so they are well worth 
capturing

5.) 2 Air Fields
