| Pyramid Club By-Laws & Policies from August 11, 2003 forward...... Non-performance will result in the dismissal from the Pyramid Club as a staff member. 1. You will use a PYR_ name. A. Host must use PYR_ with either a flip name or an Egyptian name. B. TD must use an Egyptian name of their choice. 2. A commitment to a specified & agreed upon amount of by-monthly games will determine your compensation. A. Part-time Host 1. Minimum 4 games every 2 weeks. 2. 10 pts per game hosted but no free entry into any of the specials. 3. Required to attend 1 meeting quarterly. 4. Must know all game formats & rules. B. Full-time Host 1. Minimum 6 games every 2 weeks. a. If performance falls below this, will be considered part-time. 2. 10 pts per game hosted, free entry into all the specials. a. More then 15 games a month......15 pts each 3. Required to attend 2 meetings quarterly 4. Must know all game formats & rules. C. Part-time Tournament Director 1. Minimum 2 games as a TD and minimum 4 games as a host by-monthly. 2. 25 pts for each game TD'd & 10 pts per each game hosted. a. More than 10 games hosted a month....15 pts each 3. Free entry into all of the specials. 4. Required to attend 2 meetings quarterly. 5. Must know all game formats, rules & club policies. D. Full-time Tournament Director 1. Required to perform the agreed upon minimum amount of games by-monthly as specified in rule 2. 1. Email notification to administrator of absence. a. Head TD b. Room Administrator c. Host Trainer 2. Room notification of yay or nay. a. Notify TD if not available to host & why. 3. Flexibility if needed a. Compensation will reflect any extra help given. 4. All staff will strickly adhere to the Pyramid Club's Code of Conduct. A. Will not engage in verbal sparring with players. B. 1 warning will be issued to disruptive players. 1. Notify TD if warning is not heeded & next step. 2. Take immediate action to eliminate the problem. a. Disqualification b. Table Boot c. Room Mute 3. File a complaint with flipside. C. No negative discussions, either in PYR or not. You will always represent the club. 1. Other clubs 2. Players 3. Staff & club business a. Any problems with staff members will be brought to the immediate attention of an Administrator. D. All PYR questions or concerns will be done in PM at all time. E. Staff will follow the rules of the club, no matter who the player is. 1. No favoritism |
