	When you are playing the game, those notes scroll down to the red line. Youd must press the corresponding keys to match the music. There is one thing that needs to be notice -- a "Macron" which u need to hold the key(s) until it ends... Also there is a column on the right side(just beside the "REAL"....... use the "Wheel Controller"(which is just beside the keys and above "85%"), notes will scroll down and you turn forward or backward, when notes reach the red line.
