About Miniaturz Workshop

Greetings and welcome to Miniaturz Workshop. My name is Richie Nga, the head of the largest tabletop gaming society and professional miniature painters in Malaysia. Some of you probably know me as the Ebay Seller "miniaturz". Allow me a moment of your precious time to explain what Miniaturz Workshop really stands for. At Miniaturz Workshop, we have only one primary objective - to breathe a colorful life into all miniatures that comes into contact with our brushes. As both painters and gamers ourselves ( although we have sacrificed much of our gaming time to ensure we are able to meet commission work deadlines ), we are able to truly understand the needs of both gamers and collectors. This comprehension of what our clients or potential clients really want has allowed us to produce works of art that is appreciated by both gamers and collectors alike. At Miniaturz Workshop, we go into great lengths to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with us every step of the way. Right from the beginning, we strive to ensure all inquiries are answered as accurately and as friendly as possible. We also try to make any purchase transaction as hassle-free as possible for our clients ( such as accepting PayPal payments even though we dislike using the service ). We make it a point to ensure all deliveries are as well packed as possible to minimise possible damage during delivery. And in rare occasions where handling by postal employees are extremely rough and damage does occur, we ALWAYS attempt to resolve these situations to the satisfaction of our clients. Our domestic and international cliente includes highly ranked government officials ( unfortunately, they are so highly ranked that we would be charged under our national Internal Security Act if we ever reveal names ), serious miniature collectors and of course, international gamers and collectors. Although our commission fees have a reasonable minimum fee charge ( to ensure my hardworking painting team does not starve ), we do understand that sometimes, a gamer just might not be able to afford even those minimum fees charged. In such circumstances and as fellow gamers, we would try our best to cater to the client's budget while trying to maintain above average tabletop quality as much as possible. And as we slowly turn many of Malaysian gaming armies and collection into beautifully painted works of art, we also feel that it is our patriotic duty to ensure that the international community knows more about Malaysia too. And as such, we are slowly but surely making ourselves known at the international stage. Our painting team painting skills improves with every model they paint as we rapidly assimilate the painting knowlege from top international miniature painters. No, we don't have our own Golden Demon winner yet, but that's only because there's no Golden Demon Competition in this region. It is my firm belief that many of our works are more than worthy of Golden Demon entries, so I wouldnt be surprise that we would be worthy Golden Demon competitors if ever GW holds that competition in Asia. This amateurish website has been set-up to allow all our existing clients as well as potential Ebay clients to know us better and as such have more confidence when dealing with us, both present and future.
