Thaqib is an extensive Peter Stone Arabian custom by the amazingly talented Kris Gee of Chrome Lotus Studios. He is a stunning fleabitten, star dappled stallion with mohair mane and tail with glossed hooves, eyes, nostrils and even horse shoes. Customised Breyer shetland by myself to a dapple grey Shetland X with mohair mane/tail, large expressive eyes, "katana" shaped blaze and multi-colour striped hooves. This was my first attempt at hairing and I was pleased with how it turned out... Though my fingers were covered in glue and hair by the end! :} I made her for my little sister who adores Shetlands... and katanas :D |

Customised Breyer stablemate Arabian by Suna Akiah. I very rarely splash out on SM scale models as I mainly collect trads, but this little guy is so superb in detail and I've never had a haired stablemate before! Must have been so fiddly to do. Chia is the stablename of his customiser Suna Akiah, Benni Abbes, a place in the Sahara. |
