I was hoping never to have to go into this but, thinking about it, it's probably a good idea.  The following is non-negotiable.  If you cannot abide by my terms, please do not order anything from me.  I am a very fair person but upon recent events, I will no longer tolerate endless promises of payment to come.  Please read through the following brief (hopefully!) list of terms before contacting me about an order.  Thanks for visiting :}

Orders
Once you have contacted me about items you wish to order, I will email you back to confirm your options (colour, style etc...)  and give you an estimated completion date.  I will also include my address for you to send payment. Payment is now required BEFORE I start any work for you. 

Once payment is recieved I will start work on your items.   I will email you with an estimated completion/dispatch date.  Remember that the faster I recieve payment from you, the quicker I can get your tack sent to you!  I work as fast as I can on tack orders and am proud of my turn-around time.  As a result of this, I do not appreciate checking my email and finding several hundred emails from one person demanding to know how far I have got with their order.  I will have given you an estimated completion date so please remember this.  Usually, I estimate over the time I think an item will take me - just in case.

I prefer payment by cheque for tack, but will also take paypal from oversea's buyers.  Postage prices are always included in my prices unless stated otherwise or you are from overseas. I will also accept cash sent by post but this MUST be sent recorded/insured post.

Changes to the above terms are at my discretion.  If I have dealt successfully with you several times before for example, I am more likely to be lenient :}

Satisfaction?
I currently have 100% positive feedback from eBay.com both on my sellers account (Musingdragon) and buyer account (Elvenhawk).  But I can also provide you with references from private buyers if you desire :}

If for *any* reason, you are dissatisfied with your order or it is not what you were expecting, please contact me so we can discuss the problem and I will either a) alter the piece for you at no extra cost if possible or b) refund you.  I don't like to leave anyone feeling short so please please do let me know if you aren't happy!
